By registering an account and using the Ten Dollar Fun platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your access to the digital library and your participation in the referral rewards program.
1. Eligibility and Registration
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this legal age requirement.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted only one primary account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual may be subject to termination.
2. Membership Fees and Access
- Annual Fee: A membership requires a $10 USD annual fee. This fee grants access to the Ten Dollar Online library for a period of 12 months.
- Refund Policy: Membership and promotion page fees are non-refundable once the rank upgrade has been applied.
- Promotion Page Investment: The personal promotion page is an optional $10 annual service. This investment grants the user a Master rank and access to the audio and AI summary tools).
3. Rewards and Commissions
- Rewards Logic: Rewards are calculated at a rate of $1 per level through a 6-level unilevel structure.
- Rank Requirements: Eligibility to receive rewards is determined by the member’s rank at the time the transaction occurs within their network.
- Breakage Policy: Rewards generated on levels not yet unlocked by a member’s rank will not be paid retroactively and are retained by the platform for system maintenance and technical sustainability.
- Taxes and Fees: Members are solely responsible for any local taxes, bank fees, or transaction costs associated with the withdrawal of their rewards.
4. Intellectual Property and Content
- Usage Rights: E-books and library materials are provided for personal, educational, and non-commercial use only. Redistribution or resale of library content is strictly prohibited.
- Translation and AI tools: Translation services and AI-generated summaries are provided “as-is” for convenience. The platform does not guarantee the absolute linguistic accuracy of automated translations.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Marketing Standards: Members may not use unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) or deceptive marketing practices to promote their referral links.
- Income Claims: Members may not make guaranteed income claims. Any examples or case studies provided by the platform are for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of earnings.
- System Integrity: Any attempt to manipulate the referral system or bypass platform security will result in immediate account termination.
6. Platform Modifications
Ten Dollar Online reserves the right to update library content, software features, and reward structures to ensure the long-term viability of the community. Members will be notified of significant changes via the platform dashboard.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ten Dollar Fun is not liable for temporary service interruptions or data loss due to circumstances beyond our control. As rewards are denominated in US Dollars, the platform is not responsible for fluctuations in global exchange rates or currency stability.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach thereof, shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wyoming, USA.
